On October 30th, a team of volunteers including members of LCCU and America West Bank distributed fresh food to over 150 families using a drive thru system. The distribution occurred in the Lewiston Salvation Army parking lot and included yogurt, milk, apples, fresh potatoes, frozen potatoes, and formula.
The Idaho Food Bank Fund is seeing another year of growth, distributing grants to 28 organizations currently working to curb hunger in Idaho.
