The Italian-American Club of Boise has for several years held a golf tournament and silent auction to benefit the Foodbank. This year the result of their efforts was a check for $1,672. The club also donated a silent auction package to A Chefs’ Affaire worth $242.00. These two gifts will provide more than 5,700 meals to hungry Idaho families.
Stopping by to present the golf tournament check to Foodbank President and CEO Karen Vauk (second from right) were Joe DeChristefero, Catherine Carter-Goldston, Mario Cefalu and Marie MerendinoBonamini.
