Come sample food from some of Pocatello’s best restaurants and vote on your favorites!
The Great Potato Bowl offers Pocatello-area restaurants and caterers a chance to entice the public with samples of their signature dishes, meet potential customers, hand out their literature and garner some media exposure. Food enthusiasts get the opportunity to try food from establishments they have never visited and meet the people behind its creation. A raffle and auction will add to the fun.
And it all goes to benefit The Idaho Foodbank and Family Services Alliance.

Vendors this year will include Dutch Oven Delights, Mama Inez, ISU Culinary Arts, The Sand Trap, Kowloon Express, Anderson Custom Pack, Remo’s Restaurant, Starbucks, Buddy’s Italian Restaurant, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, The Popcorn Shop and More, Ruby Tuesday, Wing ‘N’ Diner, Starbucks, Elmer’s Pancake & Steak House, Frog Hollow, Great Harvest Bread, Texas Roadhouse, Costco, 5th Street Bagelry, Gary’s Cooking, United Dairymen of Idaho, Ranae’s Rolls, Uncle Jim’s and Cooking Dutch.
Sponsors include ON Semiconductor, Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. of Idaho and Steele & Associates Marketing Communications. General Potato and Onion Distributors in Shelley will donate Famous Potatoes to any restaurant that prepares a potato-themed dish.
