State Rep. Christy Perry, R-Nampa, paid a visit to the Foodbank on Monday. She spent some time with President and CEO Karen Vauk and got a tour of the Boise warehouse. It turns out she had been here once before. On Dec. 10, she brought her son and members of the Skyview and Columbia high schools’ Key Clubs to volunteer and helped them sort and bag donated potatoes. She and the clubs joined the more than 14,000 volunteers who give about 42,500 hours a year at the three Foodbank facilities.
