SUMMARY:Empty Bowls
DESCRIPTION:Join The Idaho Foodbank on March 16 for Empty Bowls\, a meaningful community event that raises awareness and funds to fight hunger in Eastern Idaho. This powerful tradition brings people together over a simple meal of soup and bread\, reminding us that while our bowls may be full\, many of our neighbors face empty ones each day.\nGuests will enjoy a selection of locally donated soups and fresh bread\, and each attendee will take home a handcrafted bowl as a lasting reminder of the impact they’ve made. Most importantly\, 100% of the proceeds from Empty Bowls directly support The Idaho Foodbank’s work to provide food assistance to families\, children\, and seniors throughout our region.\nWe extend our sincere thanks to our presenting sponsors\, the Pocatello Arts Council and Juniper Hills Country Club\, whose partnership makes this event possible and helps bring together art\, community\, and compassion in the fight against hunger.\nEvents like Empty Bowls help ensure that nutritious food reaches the more than 1 in 8 Idahoans who experience food insecurity. By attending\, you are helping provide meals\, hope\, and stability to those who need it most.\nTogether\, we can fill bowls and fight hunger in our community.
