DESCRIPTION:  \nOne of eastern Idaho’s most popular bands\, the Aaron Ball Band\, will headline this year’s Idaho Foodbank Music Festival for the fourth year on Saturday\, August 2\, at 6 p.m. at Freeman Park in Idaho Falls. \nIn addition to the Aaron Ball Band\, performers will include fan-favorite “American Idol” finalist Paige Anne\, Idaho Falls country singer Andrea Alonso and local ska-punk group The Opskamatrists. \nThere is no set ticket price for the event. Instead\, donations of any amount will be accepted\, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to support the Idaho Foodbank’s efforts to combat food insecurity in southeastern Idaho. \n“We hope everyone will come out\, bring lawn chairs or a picnic blanket\, and enjoy a great evening of entertainment\,” Bowman said. “Together\, we can make a difference and bring our community one step closer to a future where no one goes hungry.”

On this special day\, one dollar for every drink sold will be donated to The Idaho Foodbank to support food assistance programs locally. \nWhile many food distribution centers receive donations during the holidays\, hunger doesn’t know a season. So each year\, The Human Bean opts to host a giveback event during the summer months when pantry stocks are generally low and the need is greater. Last year\, all of The Human Bean locations across the U.S. were able to collectively fund the equivalent of 202\,998 meals! \nCustomers are invited to visit The Human Bean on August 8 and raise a cup to fight hunger.
