The Food Safety and Compliance Coordinator is part of the Operations Team and responsible for acting as the primary liaison for maintaining oversight of the five major consolidated standards of inspection for American Institute of Baking (AIB) and Feeding America compliance. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly documentation of cleaning, sanitation, pest control, GMP’s, food safety, food security and facility maintenance reports for all IFB branches. Ensures all products are handled and stored using proper handling procedures.
Under the supervision of the Eastern Idaho Branch Manager, the Receptionist will provide telephone and in-person customer service reception for The Idaho Foodbank and support services to the work of the Eastern Idaho Branch, including clerical and other administrative activities.

VISTA members make a year-long, full-time commitment to serve on a specific project at a nonprofit organization or public agency. In return for their service, AmeriCorps VISTA members receive a modest living allowance and health benefits during their service, and have the option of receiving a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award or post-service stipend after completing their service.
