The Development Specialist is focused on coordinating the Grocery Alliance Program for food rescue and providing support to Development team management. Responsibilities include organizing and marketing special projects with food industry partners, the community and donors.
The Nutrition Education Specialist is responsible for the implementation and coordination of nutrition education programs and classes intended for the low-income population and the general public. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change in order to meet the needs of current and future program demands, fulfilling the immediate and growth needs.
The Gift Processing Specialist is responsible for the recording and acknowledgement of the organization’s constituent’s data and donations using the Raiser’s Edge software package (RE) as well as scanning checks and creating deposit information. This position works closely with development and the accounting teams.
Assist with operations of The Idaho Foodbank’s PICNIC IN THE PARK / Summer Lunch Program by overseeing the safe handling, transport, and service of meals to eligible children at assigned locations. Positions include: team leads, site supervisors, site assistants, drivers, driver’s assistant, warehouse inventory control, and activity coordinators.
