Thank You to Everyone who Participated in 7 Cares Idaho Shares Saturday!

Thank you to everyone who donated their time, food and money to 7 Cares this weekend – what a fantastic day for Idaho!

Total pounds tallied so far are 127,498 lbs. + 13 barrels of toys and clothes.

This does not include donations collected at the Twin Falls site, donations from Happy Family Brands baby food and Amalgamated Sugar, or donations from Albertsons stores in Hailey, Homedale, Emmett, McCall, Mountain Home, Ontario, and Payette.

As of right now, it looks like we are up from 2015 in our area. In the Boise, Nampa, Meridian areas we collected 110,000 lbs of food in 2015.

Thank you again for supporting this event through the rain, sleet and cold – it couldn’t happen without you!
