North Central Beef Producers and University of Idaho Extension staff will partake in the following:

• Label beef chubs to prepare for distribution to area food banks
• Watch a beef cutting demo
• Learn from Chef Blaine Perez of Killer Eats will demonstrate how to prepare beef cuts
• Try out beef samples & learn how it fits into a health diet!
• Learn more about the work the Idaho Foodbank is doing to help people in our region
