Please join us for a free cooking class! This class will be an interactive event on how to stretch your budget and store food safely. Our Nutrition Education Specialist will provide a cooking demonstration and samples of delicious and healthy foods. This information would benefit those 16 years and older for planning healthy meals on a tight budget. Participants will be eligible to win a prize! Register soon as spaced are limited!
