Cooking 101 – Kitchen Basics Class

Name: Cooking 101 – Kitchen Basics Class

Location: The Idaho Foodbank Teaching Kitchen (Lewiston)

Join us for a basic cooking class where we will discuss topics of food safety, knife skills, pantry basics, following a recipe, spices & seasonings, measuring and substituting ingredients and different forms of cooking. Students will completely prepare a recipe together to share in class. All participants will leave with a parting gift, recipes & resources and there will be a grand prize drawing at the close of the class.
