Empty Bowls – Pocatello
Come support The Idaho Foodbank at this year’s Empty Bowls event in Pocatello put on by the Pocatello Arts Council! All proceeds from the event will go towards fighting hunger in our local communities here in East Idaho.On Friday, March 8th from 6-8pm, all are welcome to come join us at Westside Players at 1009 S 2nd Ave in Pocatello to enjoy an evening of great food, great music, a silent auction, and more! For a $25 donation at the door, you’ll get your pick of any single handmade ceramic bowl made by our very own Clay Club here at ISU – the bowl selections are first come, first served so make sure you get there early if you want to have the largest variety to pick from! Along with your bowl, you’ll get free soup, bread, treats, and soda courtesy of Albertsons, Sand Trap, Butterburr’s, and Fixxology, respectively.There will also be a selection of food/drinks provided by some other fantastic local businesses such as Jim Dandy’s, Off the Rails, Glean Coffee, The College Market, and The Grapevine, along with live music from the Reese Thompson Trio.This year’s event is presented by Lookout Credit Union – a long-time supporter and partner of the Idaho Foodbank – and you definitely won’t want to miss it! It’s time for the 18th annual Sportsmen Against Hunger event on January 25th and 26th in Pocatello! Come join us at C-A-L Ranch at the Pine Ridge Mall between 10:00am and 4:00pm each day.
Stop by to visit with representatives from a variety of organizations – such as Idaho Fish and Game, NWTF, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, KZBQ, POW/MIA, and more – and to purchase raffle tickets for some fantastic prizes that they’ve donated to the cause! All proceeds from the event will go to the Idaho Foodbank and be put to work ending hunger in Southeast Idaho.

ISU vs. UI Tackling Hunger Football Game

Idaho State University and University of Idaho are teaming up once again to raise funds and food to support fellow Idahoans!
On Saturday, November 23rd, University of Idaho's football team will be playing Idaho State University in Pocatello at the ICCU Dome. This friendly rivalry game is the perfect backdrop for a friendly rivalry fundraiser between the two schools. In the week leading up to the game, as well as during the game that day - both institutions will be accepting monetary and food donations that will go directly to supporting The Idaho Foodbank in helping to address food insecurity in Idaho. Any donations may be dropped off to your nearest Foodbank warehouse, or to the Alumni offices at both Universities.
Come join us at the game and show your support for your team by donating to The Idaho Foodbank! This year, we're hoping to raise enough funds to provide food for over 18,000 meals!

Get ready for epic battles and heartwarming generosity as Boise State Esports presents the Giving Games charity tournament. Throughout the week, teams will face off in various esports titles, battling it out for supremacy and bragging rights.
The Giving Games Charity Tournament event, presented by Idaho Central Credit Union, will feature games like Call of Duty, Rocket League, and College Football 25. Hosted by Boise State Esports on Wednesday November 13th 6-9 pm, Thursday 14th 6-9 pm, Friday 15th 6-9 pm and Saturday November 16, 12-7 PM, the event benefits the Idaho Foodbank, where donations help provide meals for those in need.
The true measure of success in the Giving Games isn’t just about winning matches; it’s about the funds raised for the Idaho Food Bank.
Teams interested in participating can sign up for a donation of $1,000 and $2,000 to have your organization's logo present at the event.
Every $5 raised helps The Idaho Foodbank provide food for up to 15 meals.
