Simplot Free Fry Day event is this Friday, July 7 from 4-7pm at JUMP, Downtown Boise.  The Idaho Foodbank will be there selling the Fry Day t-shirts with all proceeds benefiting us.

The Twilight Criterium and partners Simplot and Idaho Central Credit Union invite race fans to join for the Twilight Trifecta Kickoff Celebration on July 7 from 4pm-8pm, taking place at JUMP-Boise in conjunction with Free Fry-Day. This community celebration is a fun, family-friendly, and FREE way to jump into the weekend and celebrate three things that make Idaho great: Community, Cycling, and French Fries.

What can you find at the Twilight Trifecta?

  • Simplot will be handing out free french fries and CS Beef sliders to attendees from 4pm-7pm.
  • Ashley Rose Band and BOOT JUICE BOOT take the stage for a free concert 4pm-8pm, thanks to our community concert partner ICCU.
  • The Twilight Criterium bar will be open with beer/wine offerings from our beverage partners Deschutes and New Belgium.
  • The JUMP plaza and campus play host to all kinds of activations and activities for all ages!

4:00-8:00pm: Bike Bingo in the JUMP Room!

4:00pm – 8:00pm: Enjoy a free community concert thanks to Idaho Central Credit Union.

November 15th is the Moscow Chamber of Commerce + Visitor Center November Luncheon at the Best Western Plus University Inn. It's that turkey time of the year! Come join Barrie's Ski & Sports for their 16th annual Cranksgiving event. To meet the increased need for assistance in Bannock county, we are asking for your support to help us gather turkeys to be distributed at the Bannock County Thanksgiving food box distribution. Turkeys and monetary donations can be dropped off at Barrie's Ski & Sports, or the Idaho Foodbank. All donations will need to be made by 10:00am November 18th.

Want to continue the fun? Grab your bike and meet us at 10:00am at Barrie's Ski and Sports on Saturday, November 18th as we peddle the remaining precious proteins to the food bank warehouse.

Give the Cops a Bird

The Pocatello Police Department has launched its 5th annual “Give the Cops a Bird” turkey drive! All proceeds go directly to the local Idaho Foodbank to help feed the hungry in our community. Frozen turkeys and monetary donations will be accepted through Friday, November 17th at the Pocatello Police Department.

If you’re interested in making a monetary donation, those can be dropped off at the Pocatello Police Department as well. Please make checks payable to the “Pocatello FOP Union”, and any Venmo donations can be sent to the Pocatello Police Department at @Portneuf-Valley-Lodge with a note specifying that it's for Give the Cops a Bird.
