Student Day of Caring

Sponsored by:Twin County United Way

Incorporated in the first day of school activities, more than 250 students are prepared to volunteer at various LC Valley locations for approximately two hours. Our goal is to provide teams of volunteers with meaningful, hands-on projects. Students should have fun and experience the rewards of volunteering, while learning about the important work of your organization.

By providing students with a first-hand look at the services provided in our community, we can raise awareness about local needs and promote volunteerism for students continue throughout the year – and into the future.
