LCCU Backpack Buddy Program 2023
LCCU will participate by asking members to donate $10 for a Backpack for our local school. IFB will provide information about participating schools in each Idaho location of LCCU. All proceeds of this program will stay at the NC Branch’s Back to School program. LCCU to MATCH the member’s donations.

Back to School – Feed Kids and Fuel Learning
The Idaho Foodbank’s Back to School campaign is a statewide campaign that supports kids across Idaho who are experiencing food insecurity by raising funds for our two school programs, Backpack and School Pantry. The entire month of September, Idahoans will be encouraged to “Feed Kids and Fuel Learning” by becoming Backpack Buddies and helping fill school pantries by making monetary donations. Union School Rock-A-Thon

The Union School (Nampa) Rock-A-Thon is a charity fundraiser where all the 301’s from Biff Hall's class ask for pledges from sponsors (friends, family, neighbors and businesses) to see how long they can rock in a rocking chair. Feeding the 5000 Families

Pocatello's Interfaith community is bringing back Feeding the 5000. We are truly looking forward to this multiple event campaign. Please come enjoy yourselves and support these efforts to help individuals in Eastern Idaho who are struggling with food insecurity.
The Kickoff Concert: Friday, February 18th starting at 7:00pm being held at Central Christian Church, 918 E. Center Street.
Progressive Dinner: March 11th beginning at 5:30pm.

Station 2: Main Course: Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Caldwell Park Building, 135 S. 7th Ave.

Candlelight/Meditation vigil: March 18th, time TBD held at Community of Christ, 4588 Bannock Hwy.
Grocery store Food and Fund drive: April 8th from 10:00am to 4:00pm

Sportsmen Against Hunger will be holding their 16th Annual fundraiser to help support the Idaho Foodbank this weekend January 28th and 29th at the Cal Ranch store at Pine Ridge Mall in Chubbuck from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The Pocatello Art's Council along with the ISU Arts department are excited to hold its 4 Annual Pocatello Empty Bowls event Friday, December 2nd, 2022. This event benefiting the Idaho Foodbank, will be held at Westside Players Warehouse.
Beautiful handmade bowls will be there for you to choose from. Along with the purchase of a bowl, you will be able to enjoy your choice of soups, locally made bread, and beverages for dinner. Westside Players will also be selling adult beverages if you're so inclined.
Entertainment will also be provided by local musicians. We will also have the pleasure of providing awards to Pocatello artists recognizing them and their talent.
