Please join our Nutrition Education Specialist at the Idaho Foodbank Meridian teaching kitchen for a free nutrition class. This interactive event will include cooking tips and basic nutrition information about healthy protein sources, including dairy. Together, we will utilize nutrient rich foods to create a meal to share. We will provide discuss ways to implement these healthy foods into a strict grocery budget. This class is great for adults and children 12 years and older.
