Participants will learn to create quick, affordable meals using small appliances like an instant pot, air fryer or electric skillet. We will also discuss sheet pan meals, meal prepping & freezer meals. Participants will experience hands on cooking, go home with a free gift for attending, print resources and all recipes used in class. There will be a GRAND prize drawing for those in attendance.
