LOCATION: IFB Teaching Kitchen
DESCRIPTION: Through this six-week course youth will engage in a series of participatory cooking classes designed to empower them to make their own meals and snacks at home. Teens will learn food safety, knife skills and nutrition concepts for a healthy lifestyle.
