Grants to The Idaho Foodbank Partners

The Idaho Foodbank was able to award COVID Relief Grants to our partners this spring to further strengthen the overall hunger-relief network of Idaho and impact local communities. $260,500 was distributed to 167 of our partner organizations that applied. Our partners were able to use these funds for a variety of needs. This included food purchases – particularly meat and dairy – and opening satellite offices to expand their services. Funds were also used for capacity improvements, such as refrigeration and shelving, as well as improvements to trucks to haul and deliver food.
