September is Hunger Action Month
September is an annual nationwide month of action to spread awareness and inspire everyone to join the movement to end hunger. Throughout the month of September, Fred Meyer stores will give shoppers the opportunity to round up the total of their store purchase to donate to the Zero Hunger Zero Waste campaign that will benefit The Idaho Foodbank. Fred Meyer shoppers can also purchase a $10 virtual bag of food and the food in these virtual grocery bags will go to The Idaho Foodbank.
