How healthy are your meals? This week’s challenge will test that! Read over this document and share with me a photo of a meal on your plate that you prepared. It must include at least 3 of the 5 food groups in the suggested “My Plate” serving size.
(ie. vegetables should take up more room on your plate than protein) .
