Nutrition Education in North Central!
We were excited to have a good turnout for the recent nutrition education class at The Idaho Foodbank’s Lewiston facility. As part of our work to build healthy communities we provide nutrition education to help our neighbors learn cooking and smart shopping tips. The most recent Lewiston class was focused on shopping on a budget. In addition to cooking, attendees learned about how creating a shopping list and knowing your budget before you shop can save money and time. We appreciate P1FCU’s support of this recent class.
