Partner Spotlight: EICAP Salmon
Tucked along Highway 93 on the outskirts of town, EICAP Salmon is a small but mighty team serving the Salmon community—and beyond. With limited staff and only a handful of volunteers, Rebecca and James not only manage the daily operations of the Salmon pantry but also travel to Challis twice each month to run its distribution, as well.
Although Salmon is home to four food pantries, EICAP Salmon has experienced a steady rise in participants throughout the year, with a notable increase over the last three months of 2025. Neighbors visit not just for food assistance, but for the wide range of supportive services the team provides to help individuals and families get back on their feet.
EICAP Salmon continues to exemplify dedication, resilience, and community care—making a meaningful difference for households across the region.
