My favorite experience from the summer was serving my community and building continued interactions with the kids I served. It was great to learn about each of them and talk with them everyday.

My favorite experience this summer is getting to know more about the families that make Boise such a great and loving community. For example, there was a family of 5 who came everyday to the site I was stationed at to grab lunch before the mother goes to work. The smiles on hers and her children's faces reminds me how important these free lunches are to their family and others. I am so proud to be part of such an important part of their day.

My favorite experience was getting to know the kids who came to the park everyday, and making sure they got fed on days they may not have a meal otherwise.

My favorite experience from the summer was seeing all the kids outside and having a safe place to get free lunch a play. It is rewarding to know that I helped make a differences in at least one kids life each day.

My favorite experience was seeing each child's face light up when we handed them their lunch, and know that one meal can make a big difference in their day. I am so grateful to be giving back the community.
