Remembering Craig Stein

We were saddened to learn about the passing of Craig Stein. Craig was a long-time supporter of our mission to help our neighbors facing food insecurity. Craig and his wife Linn Dee’s commitment has been incredibly impactful. Every time Craig visited The Idaho Foodbank, he was quick to ask how things were going and recommit to supporting programs for children, rural communities, and nutrition education.

We are beyond grateful for Craig and Linn Dee’s legacy gift of $1 million in 2023. This gift has ensured more food makes it to every corner of Idaho, nourishing people who are struggling to make ends meet. This is just one act that shows how deeply Craig cared for his community, which inspires us now and is a legacy that will live on forever.
