Event: FREE Heart Healthy Cooking Classes
The cooking series will take place at The Idaho Foodbank’s Teaching Kitchen, located at 3331 10th St., Lewiston, Idaho. The classes will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, and Thursday, February 22, 2024, with two sessions each day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. Registration is required and can be done by calling 208.799.5744 or emailing jaclyn.meyers@sjrmc.org.The following dishes will be demonstrated and sampled:10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Class:– Oat Avocado-Berry Breakfast Bars– White Bean and Quinoa Burgers with Avocado– Black Bean Salad5 to 7 p.m. Class:– Eggplant, Cheese, and Tomato Bake– Roasted Beet and Citrus Salad– Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake Dip with Fruit

Join Reed's Dairy on January 18th to commemorate the one year anniversary of the dairy production facility fire. Proceeds of the sale of single waffle cones sold at our Idaho Falls and Ammon locations will be donated to The Idaho Foodbank. Come help honor this day in Reed's Dairy history as they thank the members of our community who supported them this past year.
