Event: FREE Heart Healthy Cooking Classes
The cooking series will take place at The Idaho Foodbank’s Teaching Kitchen, located at 3331 10th St., Lewiston, Idaho. The classes will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, and Thursday, February 22, 2024, with two sessions each day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. Registration is required and can be done by calling 208.799.5744 or emailing jaclyn.meyers@sjrmc.org.The following dishes will be demonstrated and sampled:10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Class:– Oat Avocado-Berry Breakfast Bars– White Bean and Quinoa Burgers with Avocado– Black Bean Salad5 to 7 p.m. Class:– Eggplant, Cheese, and Tomato Bake– Roasted Beet and Citrus Salad– Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake Dip with Fruit

Stinker Stores
Since 2010, Stinker Stores have helped solve hunger in Idaho with their annual holiday campaign. Stinker Stores from Moscow to Boise to Idaho Falls will take part in this year's "Stomp Out Hunger", an effort to provide help to families in need this holiday season. From November 11th to November 21st, each Stinker Store in Idaho will be giving customers a chance at the register to add to their purchase with a donation to The Idaho Food Bank. Just $1 can help provide the food for 4 meals! Please visit your nearest Stink Store and help us to "Stomp Out Hunger"!
