Hunger Free Holiday – KIVI & Horizon CU

Our goal is that every Treasure Valley home will have a Hunger Free Holiday this year. Please join Horizon Credit Union’s effort to make this a reality by dropping off your non-perishable food items at one of their nine branch locations in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa; or with a direct donation to the Idaho Foodbank.On behalf of everyone at Horizon Credit Union, thank you for supporting our effort to ensure that everyone has a Hunger Free Holiday.

Nutrition Education Specialist, Cecilia Watson, and Volunteer Programs Coordinator, Shaela Schenk, are teaming up for a 1-hour session on healthy eating and how healthy nutrition impacts hungry Idahoans. Families with children as young as 4 years old can attend the event which will be packed with activities, games, snacks and of course FUN! RSVP to sschenk@idahofoodbank.org to register your family. Registration closes on July 18th.
