Volunteers Needed for Cooking Matters
We are looking for volunteers for our Cooking Matters program. Some of the duties may be to teach low-income participants basic healthy eating and food budgeting messages, help to unload groceries, set up classroom and kitchen spaces, assemble take-home grocery bags or assist in class with activities, visual aids, and cooking. Please join us for this training session to help fight hunger in Idaho!
We currently have two dates open for training:
- Thu, August 22 6 PM – 7:30 PM (1.5 hours)
- Tue, September 24, 6 pm – 7:30 pm (1.5 hours)
Training will take place in the conference room at The Idaho Foodbank (3562 South TK Avenue).
