An Evening to Make a BIG Impact
Join us for The Idaho Foodbank’s culinary fundraiser—a one-of-a-kind experience combining fun, flavor, and philanthropy to support neighbors facing hunger in East Idaho. This special evening will be filled with unique experiences: enjoy samplers and hors d’oeuvres from local favorites, sip on cocktails and mocktails, and treat yourself to decadent desserts.
Guests can try their luck with raffles and games, while also hearing inspiring stories of impact from the community. Throughout the night, interactive program stations will offer a deeper look at how The Idaho Foodbank nourishes, educates, and advocates to support thriving, food-secure communities across Idaho.
Attire: Come as you are! Dress comfortably, bring your appetite, and get ready to have fun while making a difference.
What: A fun experience in a relaxed setting with raffles, light appetizers and desserts, and information about The Idaho Foodbank’s work in East Idaho. This is an event all about coming together as a community to ensure that every Idahoan has A Seat at the Table.

Les Schwab customers will once again round up their cash and credit transactions to the nearest dollar (OR MORE) to help fight HUNGER. Funds raised will support foodbanks in the local area. This event is open to families with children as young as 4 years old and family friendly costumes are welcome! We have 2, 1 hour shifts available from 10am-11am & 11am-12pm. The Grand Teton Council of Scouts will host its annual food drive in Eastern Idaho on Saturday, October 19th. Stationed throughout their communities, scouts will collect shelf-stable items to be donated to The Idaho Foodbank or a local community partner.

Come and throw as many bowls as you can for the Idaho Foodbanks annual Empty Bowls Fund Drive. Free throwing and hand building if you donate your bowls to the event. Meet local potters as they throw alongside you. Try blindfold throwing and tandem throwing.

3rd Annual Idaho Foodbank Music Festival

We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual Idaho Foodbank Music Festival and Fundraiser in Pocatello! The Idaho Foodbank is asking for YOU to do your part to fight hunger in East Idaho. We are pleased to have the Aaron Ball Band headlining alongside Paige Anne from American Idol and local troubadour Layne Bowen Music joining them on stage this year.
The festival will be held at Lookout Point in downtown Pocatello on September 7th. There is a suggested $5 donation for entry, but all are welcome to come! Mark your calendars, open your wallets, and lets make a difference together!

The McVey Entertainment group hosts a Back To School Radio-thon to promote the Backpack and School Pantry programs in North Central. TriState Health powers the day with information from their Nutrition team explaining why children need healthy food to learn. ZROCK, the River and The Canyon Radio station's DJ's talk from the talking points about Children's hunger and how the programs benefit kids in North Central. They ask listeners to check out their FACEBOOK page or deliver donations to the radio station. Goal is to raise $4000.
