Our Nutrition Education Specialist, will be hosting a class at the Idaho Food Bank Pocatello warehouse location on October 21st  from 5:00-7:00pm.

This class will be appropriate for people aged 18 and older.

The class will focus on knife skills, nutrition, and food preparation. Participants will learn to work with kitchen tools properly, the nutritional importance of fruits and vegetables in our diets and lastly, the class will prepare some healthy food following a recipe.
