Join The Idaho Foodbank’s Nutrition Education Specialist for a fun learning experience where you will prepare and taste healthy food. This class will also provide some basic nutrition information about adding whole grains into your daily eating plan, as well as some tips and tricks to reduce how much added sugar you eat, without giving up your favorite treats!
