CBS Channel 2 hosts the annual Great Idaho Food Drive. This year it will run from November 11th-November 25th. At the end of the drive, a parage of Les Schwab trucks will come to the Idaho Foodbank on November 25th to unload the food that they have collected throughout the drive.

Albertsons and The Idaho Foodbank are partnering again this holiday season to address food insecurity. From November 1 to December 25, customers can support The Idaho Foodbank by purchasing Holiday Bucks for the Feed Joy campaign when they pay for their purchases at select Albertsons locations.
Les Schwab customers will once again round up their cash and credit transactions to the nearest dollar (OR MORE) to help fight HUNGER. Funds raised will support foodbanks in the local area. November 1- December 31 Customers of LEs Schwab in North Central Idaho will be supporting the efforts to fill the plates this holiday season. Stop by Grangeville, Orofino, Moscow, or Lewiston and Round Up at the registers!
Come and throw as many bowls as you can for the Idaho Foodbanks annual Empty Bowls Fund Drive. Free throwing and hand building if you donate your bowls to the event. Meet local potters as they throw alongside you. Try blindfold throwing and tandem throwing.

We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual Idaho Foodbank Music Festival and Fundraiser in Pocatello! The Idaho Foodbank is asking for YOU to do your part to fight hunger in East Idaho. We are pleased to have the Aaron Ball Band headlining alongside Paige Anne from American Idol and local troubadour Layne Bowen Music joining them on stage this year.
The festival will be held at Lookout Point in downtown Pocatello on September 7th. There is a suggested $5 donation for entry, but all are welcome to come! Mark your calendars, open your wallets, and lets make a difference together!

The McVey Entertainment group hosts a Back To School Radio-thon to promote the Backpack and School Pantry programs in North Central. TriState Health powers the day with information from their Nutrition team explaining why children need healthy food to learn. ZROCK, the River and The Canyon Radio station's DJ's talk from the talking points about Children's hunger and how the programs benefit kids in North Central. They ask listeners to check out their FACEBOOK page or deliver donations to the radio station. Goal is to raise $4000.

Molinelli's Jewelers is hosting their Annual "Rock the Block" party in downtown Pocatello on Saturday, August 10th at 6pm. There will be four fun filled hours of live bands, food trucks, raffles, and yard games. All of the proceeds from the block party will be donated to the Pocatello branch of The Idaho Foodbank!
